I can make them at 512x600, then I grab the frames and img2img them to upscale and to add better details then EZgif them to merge

Dropped ice cream is not a common thing artist make so you can't expect AI to know it. Best we can do is have the character crawling and sticking their tongue out and hope the AI puts some ice cream on the ground. Prompters need to be a bit creative with the tags and improve sometimes.
