Pic related is from my dads hometown, its is rye bread that has been left to absorb blood and then you make a stew with them. It is so fucking disgusting, another "dish" is a bowl of warm water which you melt butter in and then you dip your potatoe in it and eat it. Wow what an amazing dish.
So we import food from all over the world instead of eating our shitty dishes (with some exceptions like gravlax etc)
