You don't talk shit about your employers or your coworkers, even if you're right it just shows that you're a drama queen who can't be trusted.
It's one thing to vent to coworkers behind closed doors, it's another to broadcast it for everyone to hear. Especially when 99% of the people that read your complaints don't actually know how any job actually works.
It's not about black companies, it's just showing that you're a mature adult that can hold themselves back from acting like a teenage girl.
