A streamer doesn't know if the content they're currently creating is good, but they always have it in the back of their head that everything they do is boring and need validation. You should not only support, but correct, review and point out details so she can grow stronger, grow better, and grow happier.
If she's going to stream shit without taking any inputs from viewers, instead opting out to have menhera episode, it's her fault the streams are shit and you should call them shit.
