Some sooner so they could already be about where they'll end up, but a month in is when you can actually start to get an idea for how things are going. Things are going great for them so far though. I honestly expected them to end up in the mid-500 range a week in but they're still pretty regularly climbing to 1k without raids.
All in all I think it's working. Emphasis on think.
