He's actively been mocking bottom jokes these days, calling them tired and overdone, and he's specifically said he's been making efforts to be less sexual to make his audience more comfortable. He's also said on a zatsudan that he doesn't even find cheap sex jokes funny himself and dislikes it when a movie has them. I think it was just something he did for engagement and clicks... It sucks because I know Mysta is so much more than all the dirty jokes he made early on in his career, and that he's a sincerely good entertainer, but what can you do if people see him as a vshonen type? He did it to himself. There's a lot of people who will always just see him as that guy who LARPed as making out with Vox.
