If it's still processing, it's the perfect time to touch up some details before the video hits your YT subscribers and the search engine, such as the description and tags.>TwitchFirst, check if pic related is turned on. If it's not, yeah, you're screwed. Turn it on for future streams. If it is, go to Content ---> Video Producer and find the stream there.
If you can't find the stream there even if you turned pic related on before the stream, something has went wrong and I don't know how to help you. If it's there, click on the three dots near the stream and then press the export button. What to do from there onwards should be self-explanatory.
Of course, all of this is possible only if you linked your Twitch and Youtube channels first.
