The video didn't contain anything negative about himself, he tried to come off like they sat down and had a conversation as if she asked him giggly "not to clip her smiling teehee, and can't post proof because we both thought it would be the best for us, hi hi!, we're such good pals haha!".

Or possibly fight the claims, if he can prove some transformative nature, i cant recall the details, but 30 seconds is about as much as you can take freely to reuse for your own creations, as long as its not the parasitic music industry or disney that is.
