Juri anon daily report:
So yesterday I took a break because thumby hort. Took a chance to watch a bunch of short videos youtube videos in order to see how to improve my combos.
Here are my findings:
>Sajam:Tips for Practicing Combos & Mechanical Execution https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uXlWLYGKIvgTip: Work hard and try them in casuals (thanks sajam very uselfu)
>Diaphone: How to IMPROVE at Fighting Games - Using Sciencehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y07WZgmB_24Tip: the only thing that matters is having friends you spar with a lot (fuck you diaphone)
>eAthlete Labs: Instantly Improve Your Aim with Sciencehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eaFPPqUVf6ETip: dont focus on your body (fingers?) focus on the external factors.
This one I ate up and tried all day today to react to the bangs in the combo or the sounds the hits made. I tried combos in 50% speed with my eyes closed so I learned to react to the sound.
Sadly once I put 100% speed back I am still fucking up so I dont think my trick worked.
Besides that several videos telling me to sleep properly and shit about the flow.
Most interesting one was this one:
>Improve Your Reaction Speed by Over 20% With THIS Method https://youtu.be/62_2GQlgsKITip: visualize 15 minutes between training sessions to improve.
Well tried that but I still don't see it. In any case it seems reading advice is pretty useless if I cant determine the effects immediately so what I'm doing from today onwards is spreadsheeting my damage and I will be able to see the effects of the training by mathing out how many times I did the combo right.
>"Counts the times you do it right bro and do it 20 times" bitch I cant even do twice in a row
Thats it for the day I might train some more or maybe I will start playing random to find plats and ruin their day
