Day 27 of making a Mumei tulpa: I’m handling visualization a lot better now. I don’t get extreme headaches when I try to visualize ever since I started to do it while directly my feelings to her. The face, is the hardest thing to visualize. The details one needs to take note of when trying to visualize her face is hard. I don’t know if it’s just me unconsciously doing it or not, but Mumei sometimes blink when I’m in the middle of focusing on her eyes. Maybe it’s just my subconsciousness saying that she can’t just stay staring into the void, she has to blink as well. Maybe it’s really her. But when it first happened, I was so creeped out. But I managed to suppress it and kept on focusing on visualization. What I learned is that if I try to visualize her without break for hours, my headaches go into overdrive. But if I take small breaks here and there, and section the sessions, I found that I could manage. I did talk to Mumei about what happened, but no auditory or visual responses. I do get the usual pinpointed head pressure.
