The kind, big sis character she always has going on with any of the lolis or partners portraying themselves as cute, including Momo, and the teasing, argumentative bitch she likes to default to with chat and people like Rin. Kai's a softie with a rough, but thin shell, allowing Juna to both have fun breaking into her time and again, but then switch to her kind big sis mode whenever she's inside.
Rin is autistically stubborn sometimes and doesn't know when to pull back from the fighting, leading to awkward moments like the one during the Lethal Company collab. And with Momo, she's always just been "uwu cutie I lub u <3". If it wasn't for the momogamy minigame they've played, she wouldn't stand out among how Juna treats other cute girls.
You also may have noticed that Juna has been slowly gravitating to being more affectionate with Kai in recent months, to the point where she's borderline flirting with her. I'm sure most of that is an act and just for fun, but it does speak to how Kai can fill both of her archetypical desires. Juna's unhingedness luring Kai out of her shell is also a dynamic that Juna doesn't have with anyone else. Fuyo is the closest, but she can't put up a fight like Kai does.
