Basically, the idea is like passing on a message from one person to the next, to see how the message ends up from start to the end. Except one person in the line is fluent in JP while the next person in the line is fluent in English, and so on until the end of the line.
The first question was hilarious, because even Tomoshika ends up thinking about perverted stuff ("A cup? Like bra size?") when people are saying/messing up English. However, because she was the last person in the line the message was pretty much a mess by the time it got to her. She actually did very well with understanding the second question (and the vtuber (Nia) conveying the message did a great job of parsing the English down so Tomoshika could understand better), and I hope that gives Tomoshika confidence, because you could hear she was getting anxious with how her voice was quivering.
She did mistake intelligent for intelligence, but Coyote was able to understand her perfectly anyway, so the mistake is acceptably just a case of lacking vocabulary.To be specific, here was that second question:
