Imagine you spent hours on a painting and then your friend tells you it looked better blank.
If you like someone's natural look better, compliment them when they're not wearing makeup. Don't be patronizing and make them feel bad for putting on makeup. They still put effort into it and a lot of the times it's cuz it's fun.
