From his perspective it may seem like vtubing has reclined and the niche will continue to slowly bleed fans and not add new people fast enough. Being in a big corpo is not a guarantee of a quality streamer, and the novelty of a talking anime avatar is all but gone, you need actual entertainment to keep and make more fans.
