>>11870192Skipping breakfast is okay but please make sure you get enough calories in your day! Some chocolate milks have actually a pretty strong amount of protein! Maybe like 2 eggs worth in an 8oz glass? So it's a pretty solid thing to help hold you off!
But please eat lunch.
>>11870232Don't let the blue waffles go to waste! : D But naps are good too.
>>11870616Pretty solid! Depending on the type of milk, it can be a pretty solid source of protein which is a nicely energy dense. : D
>>11870779>>11870779A lot of what can make it easier to learn is learning some one-pot/pan style stuff! A low what I do to help reduce how much work it is to cook is to roast a protein (like a quick meatloaf or chicken breast) in a sheet pan in the oven with some veggies.
Toss zuccini, peppers, potatoes, and carrots (all cut to similar sizes) in a sheet pan with some oil and herbs. toss some chicken breast in it, and toss it into a 375 to 400 F oven. Check the temp of the chicken about 25 minutes in cause you'll want to pull it out and set it aside until the end. Finish the veggies for another 10-15 minutes and toss the chicken back in if you need to warm it back up (I leave mine in the microwave covered to keep the heat in)
