>>70802820The "bulking" is basically a rapid accumulation of water weight, so it depends on humidity and water intake. If the deadbeat chugged four liters of water and walked into the freezer the change would be pretty quick, you could probably observe the muscles and tissues swelling up visibly, it'd take a few hours to reach the new equilibrium. If the deadbeat had an empty stomach but the freezer had very moist air, the accumulation would be slower but still pretty fast, as the humidity would be absorbed through the skin and especially the lungs, in those conditions probably a day or two to reach equilibrium.
If the air is dry and the deadbeat is completely dehydrated, there would be no visible effects until one of those things change. Though a freezer in a tropical area would have humidity levels at saturation, so that would probably be the second scenario.
