Interesting note though about the audience and fanbase, and how that will also change with time and growth... In a lot of ways it's more significant than the streamer themselves (and then we get into the chat influence streamer vs. streamer influence chat, vice versa argument).
Slow, and as you said gradual and natural growth/change is definitely the best. But it takes a level of honesty and self-awareness that it seems many strimmers lack.
