If she were even taking place in such a concert, there is nothing that would require her to travel to LA to make it happen, like how she appeared at Anime Boston. My Fubuki comprehension skills are still relatively poor but I don't think she has even mentioned traveling at all: just a non-specific "once in a life time" event. She's been with her family a lot recently so it could be right to assume it could have something to do with them.
