>>50387915I still watch Pomu or Elira sometimes when they're playing a game I like. It was less that I stopped watching NijiEN and more that I never cared about a lot of the other members. Every time I'd look they're just playing a game I couldn't give less of a fuck about or doing some other content I don't like.
The general feel of NijiEN isn't really a comfy one. I don't care about a lot of these people nor do I like the way how a lot of them act. Every time I check out their debuts when they're new, it truly does feel like they just hired a bunch of people from Twitter. Like a bunch of teenagers who feed off of edgy or shit jokes and drama. I didn't like that feeling, which is why I never bothered keeping up with almost all of them.
Pomu plays a random singleplayer game and gets into it, it's fun.
Elira plays a random shitty JRPG nobody cares about and gets into it, it's fun.
That's it, I'm good with that. Any new potential NijiEN members would have to be somewhat quality for me to like them, and they haven't been able to get that with a lot of the newer members. Keep in mind that level of quality I'm talking about is a very low threshold to meet, and the newer members can't do it. I just don't care. Their humor, their style, their interests, it's all boring shit I don't want to invest time into.
