No, it isn't. You can clearly see the repetition of the image on the collar where the dumb*ss has used some kind of rudimentary tool in Adobe Photoshop, or more than likely a cheap imitationary knockoff of Adobe Photoshop since he is likely so poor he can't afford the real thing.
I have adjudicated the head size properly to maintain the original intentions of the original artists work while minimizing the head-size as requested. It's a simple job, one I do for free dispite my expertise, simply to show you bozoe's how it's done.
