>>2377366You don't need to understand Japanese. It's about the intent. If you limit yourself to translated clips, you're an EOP. If you watch streams and send messages entirely in English, you're an EOP.
If you watch streams, chat in Japanese (when speaking to Japanese), and try to understand the streamer, you're above "EOP" and just a good viewer. If the streamer can understand your English anyway, it's less of an issue.
The whole thing is a matter of conduct. EO is fine. EOP is lazy.
