Objective: depends on what kind of information that being published, whether if it's PL account layered by other persona or personal information
Subjective: depends on whether the subject wants it to be published or not
What really grinds my gear is the argumentation about what counts as doxxing or not is mostly tied to emotion. You don't agree with my definition of doxxing? I hope something terrible tied with your personal information befall upon you and I won't tell you logically why your argument is wrong. And, it's as if there's no consensus about doxxing related to PL account. Even Risu doesn't agree when VTubers are analogue to professional wrestler.
It's about whoever can advance the definition with force. Not the first time I see it.
