I looted what I think was the rattay armory (next to the church) there was so much stuff (swords, bows, arrows, halberds, maces, shields, armor etc.) I got the achievement for stealing items worth 30k groschen. I fast traveled to the mill every time my inventory was almost full, the lock on the chest reset every time I got back, so I could level lockpicking too. I found out that stored items eventually lose their "stolen" tag
