They either make threads like this to pretend that others are jealous or should be, or they pop up in unrelated threads to try to play out some fantasy in their heads about how mad they're making everyone. Then you actually go into a NijiEN thread, and... silence. Only their own are in their threads, nobody else goes there to take out anger on them or anything, everyone seems to ignore them when they stay on their homeground. It's completely one-sided.
