This is so bizarre, Imagine having to ask permission to purchase something, like you go to buy a box of space marines and the blue shirt gives you a tombola ticket, it's actual cuckoldry. I don't even see the point in limiting slots, just sell tickets and assign slots and duration based on demand, like a two view who only has five people showing up doesn't need the same amount time as a holo or phase girl.
