Pomu cares about the feelings of her fans and was bothered by this comment because the guy is a golden PP and she knows he's a loyal fan that she values. She was very tactful in her response to avoid alienating people who hate Luca.
Seriously I hope someday Niji tourists and the livers themselves can stop treating this like it's Hololive where you have to pretend to be a fan of everyone and treat the entire branch as a family. Nijisanji is NOT like that and livers in JP have no problem with you not liking their co-workers.
