Anyway, google it and you get tons of fluff-pieces like the one from Sandeep in the image there on .com websites with links to other extremely questionable articles, but then I DID find this article that actually seems more reputable:

For example, I know people who train shooting with only one arm or their non-dominant arm to build up the muscles and dexterity required to be proficient if they lose access to their dominant arm.)
