She refuses to take the agreed-upon promo shots with it, etc>It starts taking a toll on Layna's mental>Layna then discovers that Bunny was going around and shittalking her to others, depriving her of other potential work, all because she went against Bunny>Figuring that this could go on forever with no resolution, Layna bites the bullet and cancels their project together>Problem, they had already opened preorders, and Bunny wasn't giving up the money she'd collected from it>Layna goes into debt, her business falls apart, and she's already chronically ill so it fucks her over for years to try and fix this>Timeskip like 3 years>Bunny is now an established vtuber, Bunny_gif>Layna, being interested in 3D modeling in general already, tries her own hand at vtubing>Layna knows that Bunny's in the same space, but figures she can just avoid her>Come to find out, Bunny's still holding a grudge. Layna finds out people she's never talked to are just blocking her sight unseen, and she's heard from others that Bunny is shittalking her>She just keeps it under wraps because she can deal with it>Fast forward another year>Saruei is in deep shit for treating an artist who entered a contest she was holding like shit and other people are speaking up about their negative interactions with Saruei>Layna mentions this makes her want to speak up about some negative interactions she's had with people in the space too>Bunny, sensing some shit could be coming her way, immediately makes a damage controlling post about how much she loves and appreciate artists>Layna comes out with a google dockey, and goes full fucking scorched earth on everything Bunny's been doing to her for the past several years>Bunny has no defense>Old people from the cosplaying group and others speak up about Bunny and how much of a cunt she was to them too. There's MOUNTAINS of evidence and docs>Bunny attempts to mount a defense, but fails>Bunny is exiled from being a vtuber, and becomes a titty streamer insteadThat's the majority of it. There's also some extra bits like Bahroo being involved and siding with Bunny which made people outside of vtubing like Strippin come out to shit on him for his own shitty behaviors, and Bahroo was essentially kicked out of vtubing as well. Apparently Layna has since forgiven Bunny
I've not seen this said anywhere, but I could buy it. Layna seems the forgiving type given enough time + a sincere enough apology and attempts to make amends but this all happened literally 4 years ago so time played a part, and it helps that Layna was basically Bunny's only victim within vtubing. Apparently Bunny's set to return in October from what I've heard, and she'll probably have a hard time gathering momentum, but with the shit with Layna cleared up she has a chance of making it again.
