Two different drivers get 2nd wins today! We almost got a driver getting a 3rd with Amaris Yuri sitting pretty in the top 5 at Mid-Ohio fresh off her Iowa race victory, but a faulty offensive maneuver against Hoshifuri Iku with 3 laps to go relegated Yuri to a 25th place finish. This allowed Pengin Pina to steal the victory, getting two wins in 3 races today.
It's still a close battle as Iku becomes the new overall points leader, and PRISM Project still has a complete grasp of the top 3. Tomorrow, at the usual start time, it's two international courses and an oval as we speed on down to Toronto, Gateway, and Mexico City. Again, thanks for being patient with me as I'm still dealing with the effects of that cold I've had for the past week. Hopefully things get better as we go along with the rest of this series.
