She hasn't addressed it directly, but given the fact that when she was offered Juna's IP she already had an exit strategy planned and invested money into her PL, it's safe to assume she doesn't want it to go to waste.
In the corn stream she just did, she also mentioned that she plans to do less game streams on, quote: "this account", aka Juna. So the double life is intentional. She doesn't have nearly enough support on her PL for one to think it's about the money either.
Quite a few vtubers do that kind of content/identity split actually. Amora is planning to do that too btw, though she's probably not considered a ligger.
