Back to the future would be fun, but probably a relatively non-surprising watch along for everyone being too familiar with it.
Total Recall is also a classic, I really like it and many might have not seen it so worth a choice.
Edge of tomorrow is arguably the most successful adaptation of Japanese light novel, although didn't reflect on its box office, I ended up choosing this one because it is a hidden gem I think more should know about.
