unless it's HDMI audio. Unfortunately that leaves it vulnerable to dust and as gross as it sounds, earwax buildup. Use 2 parts rubbing alcohol 1 part vinegar, usually washes it right out and dries fast enough that it doesn't cause any damage. Don't completely submerse it either, just jet it into each speaker with a spray bottle or the like.
