It's generally the problem with smaller corpos trying to build their success on metrics. They would want good talents to attract audience, but if what they can offer is only metrics then big corpos can just poach these talents and give them several times better numbers.
Which is why VPI Cafe is a safe bet amongst the small/micro corpos. Not because their numbers are better than other small corpos, but because all the girls there wanted to be there because their oshi are Siro, Baacharu and Dot Live members. Their goal for getting into VPI was to help bring AppLand back to its glory days.
