Those that still have it on are either Venezuelans (who just spam "jajajajajaja" and slurs in Spanish unless you talk to them in Spanish first) using the Java client, the few people at Wintertodt trying to shitpost in chat like the "good old days," people who flex their accounts at the GE and the scammers targeting said flexers at the GE.
If anyone else leaves it on, it's news to me.
