Unironically, as each level 200 job you have makes the next level to 200 even easier due to mechanics called "Legion" and "Link Skills".
Legion makes it so that for the first 42 level 60+ characters on your account you have, you get passive buffs and bonuses.
Link Skills are skills passed on by characters sharing your account that also give you significant buffs and bonuses too.
>tl;drThe more you level new characters, the faster it becomes to level since the game was shifted to support that. Your first level 200 character may take three weeks of casual play, but your tenth may take two days and your 42nd may take 4 hours.
It's why people say that level 1 - 265 is considered a "tutorial".
