crop is the count of pixels cropped from the original full res image - useful if you want intentionally cropped gens
target is for the aspect ratio of the gen
the paper lists all the different resolutions used in training, SDXL works best if you stick to them
about clip_g and clip_l
people have done tests, and the conclusion was that having the same prompt for both works best
however, this was for base SDXL, things may be different on these fine tuned models
