judging by the fact a lot of them are long time viewers it's safe to say they'll follow her, I think outside of Rosemi and Scarle she is the only one who can take most of her audience with her, there are enough people willing to muddle the waters on whatever or not she's guilty or not. I don't know if Doki will be willing to extend a helping hand, but at least she won't put the effort to contradict whatever vague statement notElira ends up putting to the public.
She won't have some grand reentrance like Doki or Mint, but at the same time I think she'll find enough support with fellow Vtubers and enough people willing to dump the blame on Niji for her to get the time to slowly rebuild trust. Especially if she stays clear of any further drama, as this is the only thing she's publicly done. If she's weathered the storm so far, she can keep going.
Doki extending a hand will help a little, but even then I think the people that are currently weary of her, will keep being weary of her. No matter what happens it's going to be a long road ahead for her, but I believe she'll be given the chance to take it if she finds herself outside of Nijisanji.
