Polling stages for the VTL8 shall begin today (EU Hours) and will be broken apart into three stages.
Stage 1: Suggestions (6th to 11th)
Stage 2: Voting (11th to 17th)
Stage 3: Results (18th)
What is VTL8?
>VT League 8 is the upcoming divegrass (FUTBUL / Soccer) tournament. We finished 5th in the previous event, losing to eventful winners /uuu/ in Extra Time.Why are you polling now?
>I intend on getting as much of the voting and documentation done in advance, so I can spend more time working with external parties in Blender to really elevate the team’s visuals. I intend on updating EVERY model to make sure all 23 players stand out.Now onto some information surrounding team formatting and changes from VTL7 to VTL8:
>A minimum of 20 of the 23 players in the team shall be allocated towards liver related memes and/or nicknames, lowered from the previous 22. (Jimmy Two Ears for Vox, Sexcat for Alban etc.)>Roster slots shall be assigned to 10 Males and 10 Females to ensure an even balance. This means mathematically 7 males and 3 females of the EN branch may be left out.>The remaining roster slots shall be assigned towards “general” meme and/or culture references if they poll higher than affiliated talent. (Incest is Good / Incest is Bad etc.)>”The Great Rosemi” is the exception. She will bypass the suggestions and be granted the first role within the team, given she is the captain and longest tenured player.>As done during VTL7, any of the generations that lack a rep will be assigned into one of the “meme” slots if voted higher. (Vivi’s model assigned to Incest is Good during VTL7)>Given recent lore via Vanta’s outfit showcase, Claude will instead be counted towards ‘Krisis’ representation. TTT is in essence, dead.>Named anons, self-proclaimed thread celebrities, anti-memes and schizo posters suggested during ‘Stage 1’ shall be declared null and void.What about the ongoing situation with Twisty, Aster and/or potential graduations during the lead-up?
>Assuming Aster and Twisty make the roster, I will assign two back-up players to replace them if they or other talents are to depart before VTL8 takes place. These will be determined via the general polling conducted. My personal opinions are irrelevant as the team defines the general, but I will do my part to ensure active livers make the line-up.What will you be allowed to suggest?
