I'm not gonna lie, it's hard and you keep going through cycles of false contentment followed by relapse, but it gets easier everyday - you gain clarity and even conviction in some areas. I'm probably never going to be parasocial with a vtuber again since I feel emotionally dead, but at least I'm not thinking about her anymore, which is where you want to be.
