In fact, having a skin care routine would actually help you follow instructions better, as well as having a thorough schedule.
I really doubt IRyS is dumb enough where she would accidentally mix up the steps required and is suddenly wondering why her skin feels like it's burning.
But knowing dumRyS, it's probably likely that she has other people do it for her.
