To directly answer the question, you can’t determine if a female(or male) is a virgin by looking at their figure. You can’t. Even if she was rocking a baby bump, that does not mean she had sex. And it would still not be any of your business how she got that way, unless you are a creep, of course. Worry about yourself a bit more.
