>>42376432It's hard to tell why it's fine this time. It shows multiple humans getting torn apart, so maybe there's something specific about this game being okay. The necromorphs look alien enough so that might be why, but it doesn't explain why Isaac losing his fucking head is okay. I don't obsess over gore in games, but I'm glad they left it alone here.
