A quick glance through Suisei's top paypigs on wesave.chat (which is almost certainly missing information) reveals that almost all of them watch and superchat other chuubas also. In fact one of the people in her top 20 is clearly a Nekko who just happens to throw superchat to Suisei once in a while. Even the guy with Ryan Gosling profile picture is superchatting Miko and Patra in addition to Suisei.
