That where the whole Tweet came from, he literally fell bad because he didn't interact with him in Twitter anymore (or even in Private).
And included that Shoto also did something similar to that to Merry and the guy started saying about how he was feeling like shit because Merry was his friend and did so much for Shoto (the lore video, for which he got payed lmao), it's more funny when you see that Shoto never really stopped following Merry and actually Merry liked Shoto's side of this tweet
