After that best results are done following the 1:1:1 rule: one hour of practice of combos/ technique, one hour of online matches, and one hour watching your replays so you can see your mistakes.
You want to train in the mornings before anything else, preferably around half hour after you wake up. If you play while you are tired after work you will learn a lot less, this should be self evident. If you have to work early, consider waking up even earlier to train, and going to sleep early too. There is a reason why boxers get up at 5 am, but honestly best results are obtained during your normal waking up hours.
Like studying, dont cram, results are unoptimal.
You want to typically do three 90 minutes sessions max followed by 20 minute breaks each per day, and in these breaks you dont want to browse tik tok or whatever but you want to achieve "non sleep deep rest" which boost neuroplasticity: take a walk, lie down on a couch, GET BORED. Last part is important: your brain is also a muscle in a way and you cant overwork it: letting yourself think of nothing unstimulated builds stronger neural connections later on. Consider spending these two weeks on a so called "dopamine detox": no social media, no youtube, no vtubers, no fighting trolls in anonymous forums and no schizoing either. Nothing that will stimulate you much except for fightans, so your brain is always on fightans. If you have free time, spending it resting, trying to think of nothing, and slow down your breathing. Sleep works best but never nap more than 90 minutes, 20 is better. Avoid bright lights after 10 pm. I personally cant sleep that early so I hear audio books in the darkness, if I am in training mode however I just hear sajam/diaphone/ others discussing fightan stuff or shit so as to keep my mind on one topic
I call this this the "work hard, rest hard" protocol, and it is designed to maximize learning rates. It wont make you good overnight, but it makes sure every hour you spend training is as optimal as it can be.
