Making a male Vtuber work is pretty straightforward, though. You just have to be charming and earn the affection of the audience, just like the girls do.
The problem is that weebs are psychotically gynocentric in an already gynocentric western culture. They, obsessing over femininity with religious fervor, don't understand that there are other types of love you can lean on.
If you want to work as a male vtuber to the primarily male audience, isn't the objective to be "the guy that everyone wants to be friends with"?
That means you have to be clever, show high moral integrity, and not be afraid to be yourself. You have to earn the kind of love that men naturally feel toward their brothers or comrades in a group/task.
It's not complicated. It's literally just... show some backbone and be a good guy, and you're 90% of the way there.
