I think for art, some of them have tweeted asking people to not put AI art into the art tags on twitter, but not really much acknowledgement beyond that. It was such a convenient timing for the clip to appear on my feed just as I had been seeing the covers themselves for a few days. Based on the clip, Kiara and Gura at least seem to have a fairly positive attitude towards it.
