I think in Phase all members get one iPhone from the company, at least Pippa mentioned that in older streams from 2022 when she was talking about behind the scenes stuff. That is, you don't need to buy it yourself. Several people have shown that they use Androids for their personal usage (Pippa, Lia, Rie, etc.)
