>>29695744I do think the "regional rivalries" idea is fitting. Although it's not reflected in the thread there are many factions duking it out in the current KR indie scene, and some of those conflicts make the Holo/Niji rivalry look friendly by comparison.
Plus, Korea had it's own 3 Kingdoms period similar to China, so it's another historicism that can be added.
