So if you go over to vtwbg and check the map, we have a few islands on our western side and the biggest of those was only partially claimed until recently. Something something plot of conquest against schizo tribes that live there bla bla bla whatever.
But since we have gen 3 now, I was thinking of making something like an isolated plateau that housed a smaller preexisting culture, the religion of which had a lot of weird similarities with our own, similar magic system and some other tidbits that would connect them with the mainland historically. And instead of a prolonged conquest of the island arc, which would be more or less glossed over, the main focus would be the meeting of the two cultures and the clashes that happened in the beginning(which also reflects how gen 3 was received initially)
These are all just ideas in my head for now tho, I have yet to put them to paper, but I'll probably get to it this weekend, Val sparked that particular autism in me today
